This lesson was extremely helpful! It gave clear direction on how to create content that will pique the interest of my people. It helped me get the creative juices flowing in regards to the type of posts that I want to write and how I want to write them. I was relieved to discover that there isn’t a “right” type of post and, in the lesson, there are many examples of the different forms a blog post can take. This lesson is well-rounded because it provides information on staying productive, a variety of viewpoints about establishing a writing schedule, some tips for taking strong photos, and much more. I chose to get the instructors’ feedback on my writing assignment and it was worth it! Now, I can actually hear my writing voice and I am confident that I will start my blog on a solid foundation.

I have been reading Epiphora’s and JoEllen’s blogs for a while now… So when I decided to start a blog about sex, I just had to take their course! And I am really happy that I did!
I took an individual Lesson because I wanted to do everything at my own pace and I prefer reading and studying on my own. I took another course about setting up a blog so I started with Lesson 2: Posting like a boss. I learned so much and I was amazed at all the information they provide. So many tips for writing, finding your voice, being consistent and productive. There are lots of examples of different kind of posts so you can learn from them and understand what kind of content suits you more. On top of that, there are also tips on taking pictures!! That was awesome! I am definitely not a good photographer so reading about composition, lighting, and processing was very helpful! Now I can’t wait to take Lesson 3 and 4!
